Our job is to work for you! We are here to make sure that you get answers to your questions, or better yet, answer questions you may not even know you have! We understand you have not done this before and you are counting on us, that is something we take seriously!
Help you find YOUR home
This may sound easy, but we ask the questions about how you live! It's more then just 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Do you entertain? Do your kids need a place to practce basketball? What size is your car? I would hate to sell you a house that your car wouldn't fit into the garage.
What happens after they accept our offer?
This is where the real work starts! We need to finish up the financing, insurace, inspection, get the title work completed. Protect you for the future with this house! Don't worry if you don't know what all this is now, you will understand before we go look at a home.
